Return and refunds

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. That means that you first have to collect your parcel from your parcel service point.

You must send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us. You will have to pay the return shipping cost. Be aware of that you carry the responsibility for the product until it reaches our warehouse. 

If you have used the product, we can claim compensation for the depreciation of the product. 

The products in the shop are handmade and unique. On each product page we inform you that the picture of the product is indicative and variations may occur. 

We will make a full refund on your purchase regarding you have followed the instructions above. It can take up to 14 days for you to be refunded after we have received your returned parcel.
